Questions people ask
Can I use quick oats instead of rolled oats?
You can, but the texture will be softer and more like porridge. Rolled oats keep a nicer bite.
How long do overnight oats last?
Up to 4 days in the fridge, so you can make a few jars at once.
Can I eat overnight oats warm?
Yes. Microwave for 1–2 minutes, stirring halfway, but add the mango after heating.
Are overnight oats healthy?
They give you fiber from the oats and chia, protein from the yogurt, and fruit, which makes for a filling breakfast. Adjust the sweetener to taste.
Can I make them without yogurt?
Yes. Replace the yogurt with more milk; they will be a little less creamy.
